Check in and check out of guests is by appointment only during opening times, this is to ensure we can provide uninterrupted and individual attention to each special guest.
We welcome viewings prior to booking and request that you make an appointment for this.

Please note only cats from the same household may share a suite.

We can only accept cash payments or bank transfers (BACS).

Full payment is to be made at check-in.
